This one started all the way back in foundry designer! I saw the contest and didn't feel like booting up my xbox, so i booted up foundry designer. i just threw a few ideas around, until i thought of the eight idea. So here it is, the red base and blue base are not visible in the picture, i just wanted to show you all my figure 8 structure, blue base left red base is right.
Also the map is VERY breakable, so if or when we play it, thats just gonna have to be an honor rule, and if you break it, your out.
n 2009, a deadly virus swept across the world, those infected would attack those not infected, a group of survivors escaped to a run down church in England and, in an effort to survive, set up a refugee camp there. People came there to start a new life, away from the looters and lone snipers who stayed in the cities. But in 2010, the infected found them, so now they are fighting for their lives........

The bases have a "castle-ish" type of look from the outside with one mounted turret of each type on the "walls." Inside the walls, there is scenery just for ascetics and one trip mine and
H3A happenings is a site update news post that serves to tell the community what exactly is going on here at H3Artificer. the post itself is split into seven different categories that are as follows.
The first section is “Photographers'' Contest Winners,” which is exactly what it sounds like, we will bring you the best screenshot we have and place it on a pedestal right here.
The second section is “Last Month,” in this section you can expect to find a brief summary of what went on last month, whether it be contests, or info about H3A if it happened last month this is where it will be.
The third section is “Last Month’s N00bies,” this section focuses more on the latest and greatest at H3A. New contests, new staff, new site updates or additions. whatever it is if it was new you'll find it here.
The fourth section is “Save the Dates,” here are the important dates coming up over the next month. Comprised mainly of contests for the site and the occasional on-site activity you can use this section to plan ahead to make sure you don't miss out on any glory.
The fifth section is “Next Month,” Here are the things that are coming up, awesome new contests, additions to the site, or any other thing that w think you need to know about before it happens. however not all additions will be posted here, some are secret...
The sixth section is “Messages to the Staff,” your questions or comments for us, the staff of H3A will be found here. Whether it's an inquiry about whether there will be new staff promotions, or a confusion about dates. Ask and you shall receive.
The seventh and final section is "Messages From the Staff," this is here we post our personalized messages to you the members. if a staff member has something he wants to tell the H3A community it will go right here. Whether is be a request to do something, an update that doesn't fit in the other categories, or simply a random tidbit of information the staff will speak to you here.
You may not have noticed yet but if you go check out our map forums (specifically the switch maps ATM) you will notice that the threads have thumbnails next tpo them that give you a nice preview of the maps contained inside.
We staff hope that this will help promote map posting and commenting because you'll be able to see what thread you opening and display your map so that would-be commenters will have more to go on then just a catchy title.
The staff will be moving through the map forums over the next few days and adding thumbnails to existing threads, but we would very much appreciate it if you would go back, find your threads, and add the thumbnails on your own. It will make our jobs enormously easier.
Also expect to see thumbnails in the switch forums once we are done with the maps.

Please only sign up if you are sure you will be able to attend the entire FS. If you cannot attend the whole FS, you may still be able to join part-way through by sending me a message over XBL. However if that is the situation you're in please do not sign up in this thread.
We are making a time change since it's summer to make it a little more convinient for our GMT friends.
The FS will occur from 5PM EST to 7PM EST (or later) on Thursday the 3rd.
So the Achievements system is pretty well functioning now. We have 26 individual achievements with 4 levels of CCs right now but expect both of those numbers to double. with smaller and more specific denominations of CCs and a butt-ton of new achievments with some secret one's thrown in (right now there is only 1 secret achievment.
